These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and zpay88 (hereinafter referred to as "zpay88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the zpay88 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://zpay88.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

5. You must not hold more than one active account on the zpay88 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

7. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all stages of the registration and verification process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of zpay88 services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. zpay88 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify zpay88 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

• Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• zpay88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method.
• Registration on zpay88 constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

zpay88 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate fast and secure deposits for all registered Players. Accepted deposit methods include:

• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow — instant processing

The minimum deposit amount on zpay88 is RM30 per transaction. Individual payment providers may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits independent of zpay88's policies.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. All withdrawal requests are processed in MYR to the Player's verified payment method.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. KYC Verification: The Player must have completed and passed identity verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
2. Wagering Compliance: Where a Player has claimed a bonus, all applicable wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be fully met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

4. Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

Approximate withdrawal processing times are as follows:

zpay88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general conditions below.

• Each Player is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• zpay88 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution rate. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Maximum bet amounts while wagering bonus funds apply. Exceeding the stated maximum bet during active wagering may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• The Birthday Bonus is available to Players who have held an active, verified account for a minimum of 30 days and is credited in accordance with the Player's current VIP tier.
• The Referral Bonus is subject to the referred Player registering a new account, completing KYC verification, and making a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals are prohibited.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the zpay88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using third-party payment accounts or depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or advantage play designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of zpay88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zpay88 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Where zpay88 is found to be liable under applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of funds held in your account at the time the cause of action arose. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law.

zpay88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• The Player is engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The Player is under the minimum age of 21.
• Account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the zpay88 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in the account (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

zpay88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zpay88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which zpay88 operates.
